Senior Manager Cost & Operational Excellence

About the role

The Senior Manager Cost & Operational Excellence will act as a key advisor to the Regional Operations team in the Middle East and Africa. You will lead the implementation of a Daily Operating System (DOS) and a performance‑management framework based on the Four Disciplines of Execution, linking financial data with operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Roll out and embed the Daily Operating System and performance dashboards across regional, area and Quality Service Center offices.
• Develop, monitor and report on KPIs that reflect operational efficiency and financial impact.
• Challenge operational decisions, facilitate end‑to‑end performance initiatives and ensure service levels are maintained without unnecessary cost increases.
• Analyse cost trends, identify profitability opportunities and drive cost‑saving projects in partnership with the P2P Cost Control team.
• Provide input for forecasting and budgeting cycles, supporting the Director of Cost Control and Operational Steering.
• Deliver insight‑driven reports, gap analyses and co‑create improvement plans with execution teams.
• Conduct performance‑management training workshops for all Operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, cost control or operational performance management.
• Proven ability to combine financial expertise with operational insight to influence decision‑making.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering data‑driven improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across regional and cross‑functional teams.
