Senior Manager Digital Products

About the role

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) is looking for a Senior Manager Digital Products in Dubai. The role defines the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities, prioritizes work with the highest value and ROI, and coordinates releases with the development team. It reports directly to the Head of AI Enablement and works closely with business, technology, data, risk and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities, and own the product requirements and backlog
• Gather and prioritize requirements with customers, internal teams and external partners
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and plan and coordinate product releases
• Act as main point of contact for the development team and lead and manage business analysts
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify product innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and QA analysts on usability, accessibility and quality
• Monitor product performance and KPIs and drive continuous optimization
• Communicate product updates, progress and strategy to stakeholders at all levels

Required profile

• 10-15 years of experience in digital banking, digital transformation, FinTech, mobile and online banking or financial services as a Product Owner or similar role
• Experience delivering wealth, liabilities and investment-related products and services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
• Solid understanding of banking concepts, products, procedures and operations
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial services regulation and compliance standards, including investments and wealth management

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Highly proficient with mobile banking apps, online banking platforms, payment systems or other fintech solutions
