Senior Manager – Enterprise Information Security

About the role

The Senior Manager – Enterprise Information Security leads the enterprise‑wide security architecture for Majid Al Futtaim, ensuring that security is embedded in all digital transformation initiatives and aligns with business strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and govern security architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns and reusable blueprints across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Own and approve security architecture and design for major programs, platforms and transformation projects.
• Lead end‑to‑end application security architecture engagement from concept through production and ongoing change.
• Implement a risk‑based, iterative security architecture review model integrated into agile and product delivery processes.
• Provide architectural leadership for cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), including secure landing zones and shared responsibility models.
• Continuously assess emerging technologies and threat trends, translating them into actionable guidance.
• Define and report architecture KPIs such as review cycle time, exception trends and pattern adoption.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in information security with a strong focus on security architecture.
• Experience in regulated or high‑risk environments such as financial services, large‑scale retail or critical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CCSP and CREST Registered Technical Security Architect.
• Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a security specialization preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
