Senior Manager Enterprise Risk

About the role

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk will lead the governance and oversight of Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme. Reporting to senior leadership, you will embed risk processes across business units, deliver risk intelligence and ensure resilience throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update key risk assumptions and alternative scenarios every two months, sharing them with business units.
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment using bow‑tie methodology and act as custodian of corporate risk registers.
• Aggregate risk data, feed risk dashboards, and trigger alerts when thresholds are breached.
• Integrate risk‑management slides and inputs into each BU’s Monthly Business Review.
• Oversee corporate and BU risk dashboards, ensuring monthly updates.
• Design and deliver risk training programmes, assess training needs and produce annual plans.
• Develop and implement Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical operations and vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience as a risk professional, auditor or risk/compliance adviser in public accounting, professional services or real‑estate/retail/construction sectors.
• Professional certifications such as CRMA, IRM, CPA, CIA, CFE or GRCP are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with risk‑modelling tools such as ModelRisk or GRC solutions.
