Senior Manager Financial Planning, Analysis & Accounting

About the role

Our client, a well‑established family office in Dubai, is looking for a Senior Manager to design and own the financial planning, analysis and accounting framework across a multi‑jurisdictional portfolio. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will build reporting, budgeting and control processes from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and produce monthly budget‑vs‑actual reports with variance analysis and forward outlook.
• Select, configure and implement a group ERP system (Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent), including redesign of the chart of accounts and standardisation across all entities.
• Oversee accounts‑payable automation, ensuring invoices are captured, approved, categorised and reconciled.
• Supervise a network of external accountants in 13 jurisdictions, driving the monthly close and consolidated financial reporting.
• Prepare a concise, visual five‑page management report for senior stakeholders each month.
• Maintain full bank reconciliation for all accounts and enforce robust financial controls.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in FP&A, financial control or audit within a complex holding or multi‑jurisdictional environment.
• Proven track record of implementing or heavily configuring an ERP system.
• Strong consolidation and financial modelling capabilities, with experience building reporting frameworks from scratch.
• Experience managing external service providers such as accountants, auditors and fund administrators.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously in a lean team.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
