Senior Manager Financial Reporting (Real Estate)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Record to Report leads financial, management and regulatory reporting for a fast‑growing retail group in the Middle East, ensuring accuracy, compliance and process efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, review and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, local regulations and internal policies, including audit liaison.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, variance analyses and KPI tracking for senior management.
• Drive process improvements, automation and standardisation across subsidiaries.
• Lead a team of reporting professionals, manage stakeholder escalations and foster a customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a professional certification (CA, CPA or ACCA).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting, close processes or shared services, preferably in real‑estate or retail.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
