Senior Manager – Implementation (Data Center Projects)

About the role

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager – Implementation to lead the delivery of international data‑center projects across multiple geographies. You will oversee construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects meet safety, schedule, budget and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of data‑center projects, developing and executing delivery plans across regions.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors and consultants; drive project meetings and timely issue resolution.
• Manage construction risks, variations and contractual claims; supervise commissioning, testing and operational readiness.
• Ensure structured handover to Operations with complete documentation and compliance with governance, regulatory and international standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in data‑center implementation and project delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, complex data‑center projects and strong stakeholder, negotiation and risk‑management abilities.
