Senior Manager – Information Technology

About the role

The Senior IT Manager will lead strategic planning, implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, robust cybersecurity and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑level solutions for endpoint and workplace management, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, networking, security and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Oversee Azure cloud environments, Entra ID (Azure AD), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Windows 365 deployments.
• Guide the organisation through ISO, SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA compliance and certification processes.
• Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture.
• Lead patch and vulnerability management programmes, ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO 27001 and other standards.

Required profile

• 15+ years of IT management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong people‑management abilities and proven experience managing hybrid workspaces.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Azure cloud, Entra ID, Windows 365, VDI, Active Directory.
• Endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike, Forcepoint and Microsoft Defender.
• Patch management tools (SCCM, Intune) and vulnerability scanners.
• Network technologies including firewalls, VPN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi management and network monitoring tools.
