Senior Manager - Infrastructure & IT Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Infrastructure & IT Operations leads the strategy, delivery and operation of Finance House’s shared technology platform across all group entities. You will be accountable for a secure, resilient, and highly available 24x7 environment that spans cloud, on‑premises, networking, databases, IAM, and end‑user services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design, implementation and continuous improvement of cloud (Azure, AWS) and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Drive Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Bicep/ARM and govern automation pipelines.
• Build and operate DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines, embedding security, compliance and cost controls.
• Lead AI‑assisted engineering initiatives, including AIOps, intelligent monitoring and automated remediation.
• Oversee IT Operations, service desk, endpoint management, IT asset management and ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Architecture, Risk, Compliance and business teams to meet SLAs, regulatory requirements and resilience targets.
• Champion cloud adoption, performance optimisation, service reliability and continuous improvement across the platform.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services and operations.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance in cloud environments.
• Experience with SRE, DevSecOps, monitoring and observability practices.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with application, security and business stakeholders.
