Senior Manager - Integration

About the role

The Senior Manager – Integration will lead end‑to‑end integration workstreams resulting from the merger of RBL into Emirates NBD. You will ensure effective governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery of integration milestones while maintaining business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integration roadmap, execution framework and target operating model.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Operations, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Procurement, Compliance and Technology.
• Conduct current‑state and target‑state assessments, gap analysis and define transition plans.
• Identify integration opportunities, dependencies, synergy targets and drive execution of transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, RAID logs, status reports and governance packs for leadership review.
• Monitor business continuity, operational readiness and service stability throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Manage integration risk register, mitigation plans and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience, including 6+ years in Banking or Financial Services and 3+ years leading large transformation or integration programmes.
• Experience in merger and acquisition integration or consultancy background is preferred.

Required skills

• PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) – preferred.
• Power BI, Excel, Jira and MS Office.
