Senior Manager – Private Banking (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as a Senior Manager in Private Banking, dedicated to serving UAE nationals in Al Ain. You will lead client acquisition, relationship management and wealth‑preservation solutions for high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the New‑to‑Bank (NTB) client acquisition process and achieve assigned profitability targets.
• Provide day‑to‑day banking services, resolve client issues promptly and exceed expectations.
• Analyse client feedback, identify product opportunities and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored wealth‑management solutions.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and coordinate with internal resources for product delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and risk‑management standards.
• Adhere to organisational procedures and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a commercial or universal bank in a client‑facing relationship management role serving high‑net‑worth clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Completion of an Associate Wealth Manager (AWM) programme or equivalent.
