Senior Manager – Project Delivery

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale real estate projects. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, from planning and procurement to commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with the approved business plan and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned DHRE BTS projects according to the approved brief, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Prepare and coordinate job requisitions, consultant and contractor engagements, and specialist services.
• Monitor daily construction progress, critical path activities, procurement schedules and site productivity against programme targets.
• Review and manage contractor and consultant execution plans, escalating issues that require senior intervention.
• Track project financials, including expenditures, cash flow, variations and forecasts, and report potential cost exposures.
• Coordinate NOCs, permits, inspections and authority approvals to avoid execution delays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 10–12 years of construction and project delivery experience, with 4–6 years managing large multidisciplinary real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai construction regulations and statutory approvals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Power BI for project dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with electronic document control platforms.
