Senior Manager - Projects

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale BTS and mixed‑use development projects. The role involves overseeing all phases from initiation to hand‑over, ensuring alignment with business plans, budgets, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned DHRE BTS projects according to approved plans, contracts, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare job requisitions and coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist services.
• Monitor daily construction progress, critical path activities, procurement schedules, and site productivity.
• Track project financials, cash flow, variations, and forecast against approved budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, and ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Construction Management or related field; master’s preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10‑12 years of construction and project delivery experience, including 4‑6 years managing large real‑estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai construction regulations, and authority approvals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Power BI for project dashboards.
• Familiarity with electronic document control platforms.
• Ability to produce and manage project dashboards and reporting tools.
