Senior Manager - Sales

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company, is looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to drive net‑new business for high‑value AI solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, engage multiple stakeholders and build a qualified pipeline of enterprise accounts across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple accounts, ensuring strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Advocate Inception’s AI products and solutions, aligning their value with client needs.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product and support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Develop and execute account strategies, monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates.
• Oversee client onboarding and manage contract renewals and negotiations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, with a strong hunter mentality.
• Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and managing complex enterprise accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
• Experience in regulated industries (public sector, finance, healthcare) is a plus.
• High autonomy, executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI and LLM concepts.
• Familiarity with data platforms, APIs and AI deployment models.
• Knowledge of cloud, on‑premise and data sovereignty considerations.
