Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture (Middle East)

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Solutions Architecture at TELUS Digital, you will lead architecture initiatives for both pre‑sale and implementation phases across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with client executives and delivery teams to translate vision into robust technical solutions while helping to build and shape the new regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process and present TELUS Digital’s engineering capabilities to prospective clients.
• Own the technical architecture and discovery phases of client projects, using consulting methods to refine product and solution design.
• Maintain subject‑matter expertise in a chosen technology vertical (e.g., AWS, CMS, hybrid mobile frameworks) and provide thought leadership.
• Act as a “roving catalyst” to support ongoing projects with architectural guidance and specialized expertise.
• Help establish team processes, mentor junior architects, and drive entrepreneurial growth within the Middle East practice.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering software solutions and leading architecture efforts.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and influence technical direction.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work on‑site in Dubai.
