About the role

The Lead Researcher will head advanced AI initiatives within the AI Research Center at the Technology Innovation Institute. You will drive innovative projects from concept to delivery, mentor junior talent, and collaborate with engineers and product teams to turn cutting‑edge research into real‑world solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute original research in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Lead multiple research projects, ensuring they meet strategic goals and timelines.
• Develop novel algorithms and models for practical applications.
• Stay abreast of AI advancements and integrate emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to apply research outcomes.
• Present findings through reports, presentations, and publications at top‑tier conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns on methodologies and project execution.
• Uphold ethical standards and responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of AI research experience with a strong publication record.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex research projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
