Senior Manager Strategy & Value Creation

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Strategy & Value Creation Office. The role works closely with the Executive Director to design governance frameworks, drive transformation programmes and launch new business ventures across the Group’s diversified portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimisation, AI‑enabled initiatives and customer‑experience improvements.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses covering market assessment, value proposition, go‑to‑market strategy, operating model and business‑plan validation, then translate them into executable launch plans.
• Manage portfolio reviews of strategic initiatives, prepare management updates, and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across verticals.
• Define and assess initiative readiness, structure problems, analyse root causes, recommend solutions and oversee end‑to‑end delivery while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, maintain regular communication with stakeholders and produce business presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a strategy role within consulting or a similar environment.
• Good knowledge of the real‑estate sector gained through direct experience or multiple projects.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA, CFA or CA qualification preferred.
