Senior Manager - Transaction Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Transaction Advisory practice in Sharjah. You will work with top‑tier public and private clients, providing strategic advice across the full lifecycle of large infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Shape practice strategy, develop service lines and drive go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Engage government bodies, regulators and private stakeholders to build a pipeline of qualifying infrastructure projects.
• Deliver advisory support from strategy and business case development to commercial structuring and post‑close assistance.
• Coordinate pre‑feasibility, feasibility studies, value‑for‑money analysis, risk assessments and procurement models.
• Lead technical and commercial due diligence for investment committees.
• Represent WSP in negotiations and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Advisory, Property & Building, Transport & Infrastructure, and Project Management Services.
• Oversee project economics, including collections, WIP, revenue forecasting and invoicing.
• Supervise junior team members, providing guidance, performance monitoring and development opportunities.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, management, policy or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as an MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of infrastructure advisory experience, particularly in investment and transaction advisory.
