Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

HIVE, a fast‑growing real‑estate development and operations company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand, marketing strategy and growth initiatives across its portfolio. The role will shape strategic direction, align commercial goals and scale marketing capabilities while collaborating closely with the Brand & Creative Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy for all HIVE brands and assets.
• Develop annual marketing plans that align with business, development and commercial objectives.
• Set campaign priorities, budgets and performance targets, and act as the senior marketing voice in leadership discussions.
• Implement brand positioning, messaging frameworks and go‑to‑market narratives, ensuring consistency across markets.
• Oversee demand generation, product launches and marketing‑led growth initiatives, guiding digital, performance and CRM strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise strategies and ensure marketing supports leasing, sales and long‑term brand equity.
• Lead, support and empower the Brand & Creative Manager, creating clarity between strategy and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven ability to think strategically and translate brand and creative concepts into measurable growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience working at senior leadership level.
