Senior Marketing Specialist – Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, data‑driven growth marketer to lead Quick Commerce (QC) initiatives across eight countries on the Talabat platform. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of growth campaigns, ensuring they drive user acquisition, retention and budget efficiency without sacrificing growth potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full campaign lifecycle – from ideation and execution to performance analysis and iteration.
• Define and execute the regional CRM and performance‑marketing strategy across channels such as push, email, SMS, paid social, programmatic, and SEM.
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests, setting hypotheses, success metrics and sample sizes.
• Build and maintain growth dashboards, translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and country teams.
• Develop scalable workflows, templates and automation to improve campaign turnaround and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, consulting or finance with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Passion for numbers, quantitative analysis and experimentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing channels within a full‑funnel strategy.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
