Senior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Mortgage PRO is seeking a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join its Abu Dhabi team. Working in a hybrid model, you will guide clients through every stage of the home‑financing journey, from the first inquiry to loan approval.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and virtual consultations with prospective borrowers.
• Assess client financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Manage mortgage applications through to approval, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Analyze financial information, explain lending criteria and relevant regulations.
• Liaise with banks, developers and internal teams to facilitate smooth processing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients.
• Contribute to mortgage marketing initiatives to generate new business.

Required profile

• Strong mortgage advisory and product knowledge.
• Solid understanding of finance principles and UAE lending practices.
• Proven track record in mortgage advisory or financial services, preferably in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with common office and CRM software; fluency in English required.
