Senior Netskope Engineer

About the role

Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of Etisalat, is looking for a Senior Netskope Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CASB, SASE/SSE, DLP and Zero Trust architectures on the Netskope platform. The engineer designs, implements, optimizes and supports enterprise-scale Netskope deployments protecting SaaS, IaaS, web and private application traffic, working closely with internal security, IT and SOC teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Netskope CASB in API and Inline modes, configure and enforce SaaS security policies (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Google Workspace)
• Run cloud application discovery and risk assessments with Cloud Confidence Index, manage tenant configurations and monitor cloud usage to mitigate Shadow IT
• Design Netskope SASE architecture, configure endpoint client steering (Client, PAC, GRE/IPSec) and integrate SD-WAN solutions
• Develop and tune DLP policies, including Exact Data Match, fingerprinting, OCR and classification, minimizing false positives
• Configure Netskope Private Access, integrate with Okta and Azure AD via SAML, OAuth and SCIM, and set role-based, least-privilege access
• Troubleshoot authentication, access and connectivity issues, and integrate Netskope with SIEM platforms such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel
• Set up log forwarding, reporting, dashboards and alerts, use APIs for automation, and support incident response and threat analysis
• Perform root cause analysis, work with vendor TAC on escalations and complex troubleshooting

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience with the Netskope CASB/SASE platform
• Preferred certifications: NCSA, NCSO, CISSP / CCSP, and Azure / AWS security certifications

Required skills

• CASB (API and Inline), Secure Web Gateway, ZTNA / Private Access and DLP
• SSL inspection and certificate management; cloud security basics (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, proxy, VPN, routing) and Zero Trust architecture
• Integration with Okta and Azure AD; scripting with PowerShell or Python is an advantage
