Senior Odoo Developer (Remote, UAE)

About the role

Technopower Group is looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer for a one-year remote project supporting its team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will design and customize ERP solutions, develop Odoo modules, integrate third-party applications and optimize system performance. The position is full-time, remote, and requires availability during UAE business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business and operational needs.
• Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database queries and improve overall system performance.
• Conduct code reviews, testing and documentation while maintaining high development standards.
• Recommend technical architectures, development best practices and Odoo upgrade or migration strategies.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders on end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Customize Odoo workflows and core modules to support business processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the reliability and efficiency of ERP solutions.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of hands-on Odoo development experience, including successful delivery of complete ERP implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Ability to work 8 hours daily, including core hours from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM UAE time.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, independent working and technical collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, OWL and QWeb.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ORM, workflows and modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP, Marketing Automation).
• REST APIs, web services, Git and Linux environments.
• An advantage: experience with Odoo MRP and manufacturing or industrial environments.

What we offer

• Estimated monthly salary of AED 18,000 to AED 25,000.
• One-year contract.
