Senior Officer – Talent Partner (UAE National)

About the role

The Senior Officer – Talent Partner provides administrative and coordination support across talent planning, internal mobility, and development processes. The role ensures smooth execution of talent activities and acts as a point of contact for employee queries related to talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and logistics for talent reviews, calibration meetings, and succession planning discussions.
• Maintain internal mobility registers, track talent movement opportunities, and assist with survey coordination and candidate communication.
• Collate feedback from talent‑related activities and assist in delivering assessment centres, including interpretation of psychometric data.
• Maintain accurate talent data in enterprise systems and dashboards, liaise with HCBPs, employees, and Academy teams, and support reporting and presentation preparation.
• Monitor process timelines and escalate delays to senior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in talent management or HR operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel fundamentals.
• Experience with talent management systems and assessment centre methodologies.
