Senior Officer, Trade Operations – FTC Lodgement

About the role

The Senior Officer in Trade Operations will manage the processing of trade finance transactions across multiple business segments. This role ensures accurate data entry, compliance with bank policies, and high‑quality service for demanding customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions and accurately enter customer documents to produce final products.
• Ensure all procedures comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines.
• Review and act on customer complaints promptly.
• Input documents into the system, generate IDs, and manage document scanning and rescanning.
• Track and dispatch BNC lodged documents and achieve MBO targets on time.
• Share error and knowledge‑gap information with managers to improve customer service.
• Participate in team huddles, suggest improvements, and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations, with 2‑3 years of product knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills, and a team‑player attitude.
