Senior Offshore Construction Engineer

About the role

NMDC Energy PJSC is seeking a Senior Offshore Construction Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and close‑out of offshore projects. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring that all engineering, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, engineering documentation, and project‑specific procedures.
• Coordinate preparation of planning packages, schedules, and construction aids.
• Manage subcontractor scopes, client deliverables, and variation proposals.
• Support the Project Manager and Section Head in risk assessments, mobilization plans, and offshore execution strategies.
• Oversee vendor deliverables, invoice verification, and certification activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and conduct safety audits on offshore spreads.
• Prepare final documentation, lessons learned, and project close‑out reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offshore construction engineering, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of contract review, project planning, and risk management.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
