Senior Petroleum Engineer

About the role

The Senior Petroleum Engineer will lead and optimise well operations, focusing on ESP completions, rig‑based and rig‑less interventions, and production performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise rig‑based well operations, including ESP design, installation, commissioning, and acid stimulation.
• Lead completion optimisation activities to enhance ESP performance and reliability.
• Plan and supervise rig‑less operations such as wireline and slickline interventions and interpret data for well decisions.
• Analyse production performance, manage data, and propose technical solutions to optimise well and field output.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Hands‑on experience in wireline operations.
• Specialisation in ESP completion design and operations.
• Strong project‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
