Senior Planner

About the role

Archirodon Group is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join its newly awarded EPC project in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves leading schedule development and control across all project phases, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract baseline and revised schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Assist the Lead Planner in preparing reports and registers to support planning and scheduling control.
• Review schedule updates, coordinate with project teams, and ensure accurate progress recording.
• Highlight deviations and delays to management in collaboration with the Project Controls Manager.
• Participate in claim and extension‑of‑time preparation using appropriate delay‑analysis methods.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting, budget preparation and maintenance of planning records.
• Contribute to project meetings, update schedule status and advise on impacts of changes.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including engineering and procurement phases.
• Experience on EPC projects above US$100 M, preferably with ADNOC or equivalent.
• Background with leading EPC contractors is highly desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate planning and delay analysis.
