Senior PR KOL Specialist

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced and self‑driven Senior KOL Relations Specialist to join its Global PR team. In this high‑impact role you will own end‑to‑end KOL partnerships, from identifying top influencers to leading event activations and managing communications in the fast‑paced crypto industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with high‑impact KOLs aligned with brand values and business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end KOL event planning and execution, including brand activations, networking events, and partnership meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Binance and KOLs, ensuring timely, professional, relationship‑driven communication.
• Manage crisis communications involving KOLs, acting as a calm and strategic point of contact during sensitive situations.
• Develop and deliver structured reporting on KOL performance, campaign impact, and public sentiment trends.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Compliance) to align KOL strategies with broader PR and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in KOL/influencer relations, PR, or partnerships, preferably within tech, fintech, or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to independently manage KOL portfolios from sourcing to activation with minimal onboarding.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging high‑profile individuals.
• Polished and presentable, able to represent the brand at external events and on‑camera engagements.
• Excellent crisis‑management instincts and sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑autonomy environment.
