Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

Delinea, a provider of cloud-native Identity Security Platform focused on identity and access management, is hiring a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer in Dubai. The role combines technical expertise with account management to demonstrate the value of Delinea's Privilege Access Management solutions to prospects, customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a demo approach that supports the company's vision for Privilege Access Management solutions.
• Work with account managers to optimise engagement with client stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements.
• Create new concepts and programs to drive pipeline with the target customer base, using public speaking, industry commentary and social media.
• Articulate the Delinea vision and strategy to prospects, customers and partners.
• Identify industry trends and growth opportunities, and address technical blockers that hinder deal closure.
• Contribute to business cases for clients and relay feature requests to Product Management.

Required profile

• Demonstrated relationship building with technical and business stakeholders, with references from clients who view the candidate as a trusted advisor.
• Ability to mix business and technical metrics in support of business cases.
• Fluent Arabic and English; French is a bonus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, MSCE, GIAC, CEH or ISACA are a bonus.
• Experience with DevOps environments is a bonus.

Required skills

• Working experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory and strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, LDAP, certificates, PKI and Kerberos.
• Understanding of PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM and related identity and access management topics.
• Preferred working knowledge of CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, Forgerock, OneIdentity, Okta, Ping or similar.
