Senior Private Client Manager (Luxury)

About the role

The Senior Private Client Manager will grow the spending power of 2‑TIMES’ multi‑region high‑net‑worth client base, delivering highly personalised styling and curated eCommerce experiences across key luxury markets.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture existing clients, reactivate lapsed clients and build relationships with new high‑value prospects.
• Respond promptly to client queries, providing patient yet urgent service.
• Analyse historical data and cross‑department input to forecast items and create personalised e‑messaging.
• Maintain and elevate visual standards, updating style guides and documentation.
• Collaborate with HQs in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia to develop private‑client initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years experience as a Sales Manager or Personal Stylist with a strong client base.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands, garment construction and market‑specific cultural trends.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Arabic.
• Ability to work across international time zones based on client needs.

What we offer

• Salary SG $6,000–$7,000 per month plus commissions and allowances.
• Relocation support considered for candidates moving to Hong Kong, Singapore or Melbourne.
