Senior Process Engineer – Services Team

About the role

The Senior Engineer will lead the Process Engineering Services Team, providing technical advice to operations and ensuring the integrity and timeliness of all technical studies. This position acts as the technical authority for process discipline across new field, brownfield and major projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare progress and performance analysis reports, highlight problem areas and recommend corrective actions.
• Review engineering deliverables from EPC contractors, ensuring compliance with process, control and safety standards.
• Provide on‑site process engineering consultation during construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.
• Maintain ISO certification for the Process section and ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
• Develop and review process engineering standards, codes of practice and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven ability to act as a technical authority and mediate technical disputes.

Required skills

• Process engineering expertise, including process design review.
• Technical consultation for construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning.
• Knowledge of ISO certification processes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop and maintain process engineering standards and codes of practice.
