Senior Procurement Advisory Manager

About the role

Mace is delivering a next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the United Arab Emirates, partnering with a leading data‑centre developer. The Senior Procurement Advisory Manager will lead procurement and supply‑chain delivery across one or more large‑scale construction projects, ensuring best‑practice solutions and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for EPC and major construction packages across UAE and international markets.
• Lead the RFP process, including tender documentation, contractor/consultant evaluation and commercial negotiation.
• Liaise with legal, technical and project teams to ensure contracts reflect project requirements and risk allocation.
• Support contract award recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Oversee contractor relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and contractor capacity to inform procurement strategy.
• Drive supply‑chain performance, negotiations and reporting of recommendations.
• Provide commercial, technical and market expertise to ensure ethical and compliant procurement.
• Lead teams and stakeholders to deliver innovation, excellence and net‑zero outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement and supply‑chain functions on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, promoting a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment.
• Ability to manage project budgets, risks and deliver quality outcomes from inception through construction.
• CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
