Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

The Senior Procurement Manager will lead the procurement function for a large‑scale real‑estate development in Dubai. Reporting to the COO, you will shape procurement strategies that align with project delivery plans and ensure value‑for‑money outcomes across the entire supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the overall project schedule and milestones.
• Maintain a project‑wide procurement schedule and coordinate with Project Controls to validate cost benchmarks.
• Manage the full tendering cycle for consultants, contractors and suppliers, including EOI, RFP, RFQ, bid evaluation and recommendation.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure best value while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct market analysis, build a network of qualified vendors, and maintain an approved supplier database.
• Monitor supplier performance, track procurement risks, and propose mitigation actions.
• Provide regular procurement status reports and advise senior leadership on strategy and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior procurement roles within real‑estate or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract negotiation and risk management.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Development, Design, Delivery, Commercial and Projects Control.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on ethical standards and fair competition.
