Senior Procurement Manager – Logistics

About the role

The Logistics Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for all logistics services, including international and domestic transportation and warehousing. Reporting to Group Procurement, the role aligns logistics spend with business objectives to optimise cost, service levels and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logistics category strategies covering transport, warehousing, last‑mile delivery, customs brokerage and 3PL/4PL contracts.
• Lead tender processes, issue complex RFPs and evaluate bids to achieve cost savings and service improvements.
• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, performance monitoring and renewal.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and internal stakeholders to align forecasts, demand plans and network design.
• Implement advanced technology solutions such as e‑procurement platforms, TMS and WMS to drive efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a small team of sourcing managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of procurement experience in logistics or related categories.
• Proven track record of delivering cost reductions and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct total cost of ownership and scenario analyses.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
