Senior Producer / Production Manager

About the role

YAZ Media, a group of five specialist agencies, is looking for an experienced Producer / Production Manager to plan, coordinate and run media productions from brief to final delivery. The role turns approved creative ideas into well-organised productions by coordinating crew, talent, locations, equipment, suppliers, logistics, schedules, budgets and post-production needs, working closely with Account, Creative, Studio and Post-Production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Turn approved briefs into production plans, schedules, call sheets, crew requirements and timelines, and track progress
• Source and coordinate directors, DOPs, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, talent and suppliers, including bookings, rates and call times
• Source locations, manage permits, access, parking, transport, accommodation and catering, and run location recce
• Prepare estimates and budgets, obtain quotations, track expenses and record costs and invoices
• Run shoots on schedule, resolve on-ground issues and escalate risks
• Work with Creative and Account teams, advise on feasibility and manage client approvals and scope changes
• Coordinate handover of footage and assets to Post-Production and feedback rounds
• Identify risks and build contingency plans, ensuring safety and technical requirements are met

Required profile

• 4+ years of production experience, preferably in a media, creative, advertising, content or production agency
• Proven experience managing photo, video, commercial, corporate, social or branded content productions
• Experience managing budgets, quotations, suppliers, freelancers, crew and talent
• Ability to handle multiple productions, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment
• UAE production experience and a network of local suppliers and freelancers is an advantage
