Senior Product Analyst (CX)

About the role

This fully remote senior position sits at the heart of product decision‑making, using data to uncover opportunities, validate hypotheses and drive measurable growth for a partner company based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the product metrics framework, ensuring clear, consistent definitions and alignment with the north‑star metric.
• Validate existing metrics and dashboards, create specifications for Data Engineering and ensure reliable reporting.
• Partner with product and functional leads to investigate anomalies, bottlenecks and unexpected performance changes.
• Conduct ad‑hoc research to identify conversion drop‑offs, customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Design, set up and analyze A/B tests, including sample‑size calculations, randomisation, sanity checks and guardrail metrics.
• Maintain an organized archive of experiments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proactively identify data‑quality issues before they affect product decisions.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory with proven application to product problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with product, data engineering and functional leadership.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over data quality and metric consistency.
