Senior Product Designer – BNPL Consumer Experience

About the role

Tabby is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end consumer experience of its Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later (BNPL) product, covering checkout through post‑purchase management. You will shape flows that drive conversion, repayment and customer satisfaction across online, in‑app and in‑store channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate checkout, repayment and purchase‑management flows, ensuring consistency across native app, mobile web, desktop web and in‑store experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, design lead and engineers to translate complex billing logic and market‑specific rules into simple, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Run experiments on high‑traffic checkout flows, analyse results and refine designs to improve conversion and reduce support tickets.
• Validate concepts through quick research, data analysis and feedback from the UX researcher and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping B2C products on native mobile and web with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership.
• Strong product and systems thinking, able to explain business goals, conversion metrics and product logic behind design decisions.
• Independent, proactive and able to manage priorities without waiting for detailed briefs.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• High‑craft visual and interaction design standards.
• Use of AI tools for prototyping, ideation, edge‑case mapping and research synthesis.
• Experience with A/B testing in high‑traffic funnels (nice to have).
