Senior Product Manager – Inspiration & Personalisation

About the role

Ounass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Inspiration and Personalisation within its Catalog chapter. The role focuses on shaping how customers discover products and enjoy personalised luxury shopping experiences, leveraging AI, machine learning and exceptional UX.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap and OKRs for Inspiration and Personalisation.
• Partner with data science, engineering and UX/UI to bring AI‑driven recommendation and ranking models from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Run disciplined A/B testing programmes, analyse results and turn learnings into product decisions.
• Collaborate with merchandising, content, marketing, CRM and growth teams to align personalisation with acquisition, activation and retention goals.
• Mentor other product managers and champion AI‑first product management practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience in e‑commerce or consumer digital products with measurable impact.
• Proven ownership of personalisation, recommendation or AI‑driven products, working closely with data scientists.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers.
