Senior Product Manager - LMS

About the role

Tamara, a fintech platform serving millions of users across KSA, UAE and Kuwait, is looking for a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of its Loan Management System (LMS). The role suits someone who can set product direction, drive discovery and solutioning, and work cross-functionally to deliver a lending platform. It is a senior, independent position requiring strong ownership, structured thinking and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for the Loan Management System.
• Lead product discovery, evaluate build, extend or integrate approaches, and make the right trade-offs.
• Drive end-to-end creation of an LMS from scratch, or modularize and enhance existing open-source platforms.
• Collaborate independently with engineering, operations, credit risk, compliance, Finance and business teams to align requirements and deliver value.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, prioritize ruthlessly and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Build the system with scalability, reliability and regulatory compliance in mind.
• Manage expectations at senior leadership level on priorities, trade-offs and timelines.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in fintech, lending or financial systems.
• Background in Loan Management Systems, Core Banking Platforms or Lending Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build complex financial platforms from scratch or by extending open-source solutions.
• Experience in early-stage, fast-paced environments with high ownership.

• Familiarity with loan lifecycle management (disbursement, repayments, rescheduling, collections, settlements).
