Senior Product Manager - P2P and Local Transfers

About the role

Tabby, a FinTech serving over 25 million users across the GCC, is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the UAE (relocation-ready) to lead its P2P and local transfer products in Tabby Cash. The role leads a dedicated team focused on peer-to-peer and local transfers and works cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, compliance and banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for domestic money movement: P2P between wallets, local bank transfers and instant payments.
• Launch new local payment rails and partner integrations end to end, from discovery and regulatory requirements to scale.
• Create viral social money mechanics such as request money, split the bill, QR, payment links and sending to people without a wallet.
• Grow the network by turning millions of app users into active senders and recipients.
• Work with legal, compliance, risk and core banking teams so products meet local regulations and security standards.
• Lead the launch of local transfers in KSA with local partners.
• Shape team collaboration with the Team Lead, set and track KPIs (senders, transfer frequency, recipients per user, retention) and run experiments.
• Keep up with market trends and user behaviour, and plan launches with marketing and communications teams.

Required profile

• UAE residence or readiness to relocate.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with hands-on expertise in P2P payments, wallets, instant payments or mobile banking.
• Proven track record of launching and growing consumer payment products with measurable results.
• Experience delivering products with banks, payment rails or other regulated partners.
• Fluency in English; resilience and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
