About the role
Binance is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead market research, define product requirements, and drive growth initiatives for its regional operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to translate insights into product and technical inputs.
- Lead business requirements definition and support delivery of strategic projects.
- Identify product and UX optimization opportunities based on data and user feedback.
- Support market expansion and new service launches with cross‑functional coordination.
- Analyze trends and competitor dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to improve core business metrics.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in product, operations, strategy or related functions.
- Crypto/Web3 industry experience is required; trading product experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and regulators.
