Senior Production Engineer

About the role

Gradiant is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead operations at its 4,800 m² manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the fabrication, assembly, and delivery of large‑capacity water‑treatment plants while ensuring compliance with high QHSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Production, Field Services, and Project Management to define delivery schedules and priorities.
• Plan and allocate shop‑floor resources, develop daily, weekly and monthly production schedules, and balance capacity against customer commitments.
• Monitor production loading, capacity utilization, and KPIs; prepare rolling forecasts and identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Stores, and Projects to remove constraints and ensure material availability.
• Guide teams in fabrication, machine‑shop work, panel building, and assembly; conduct factory tests and resolve snags.
• Control inventory, minimize waste, and track production costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale manufacturing facilities in the water‑treatment or related industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and production‑control methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
