Senior Production Engineer

About the role

DuPod, a next‑generation modular construction platform, is looking for a Senior Production Engineer to lead its manufacturing operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role will drive production efficiency, quality, and scalability across a portfolio of modular bathroom, kitchen, retail and cloud‑kitchen pods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing processes for modular pod production.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using data‑driven methods to increase yield and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with design, supply‑chain and R&D teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Manage tooling, equipment maintenance and production scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong background in modular construction or related industrial environments.
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
