Senior Program Manager, Digital Strategy

About the role

The Senior Program Manager, Digital Strategy acts as ADNOC’s enterprise orchestrator, turning the Group’s digital vision into measurable outcomes across multiple business units. Reporting to the Manager/VP of Group Digital Strategy & Transformation, this role drives the architecture, governance, and acceleration of complex, cross‑entity digital programs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ADNOC’s enterprise digital strategy into actionable program roadmaps with clear value hypotheses, KPIs and OKRs.
• Advise and influence program boards and steering committees on scope, funding, sequencing and risk appetite, providing quantified benefit analyses.
• Integrate and optimize multi‑domain portfolios—including Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Connectivity and Applications—to eliminate duplication and maximize reuse.
• Lead and coach Program/Project Managers, Product/Value Owners and analysts, while mentoring UAE nationals.
• Own program business cases, ensuring alignment of funding tranches with value milestones and maintaining P&L‑relevant benefits realization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior program or portfolio management within large, complex enterprises.
• Strong ability to synthesize executive vision into detailed execution plans and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching cross‑functional teams and building succession pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives and steering committees.
