Senior Program Manager, Digital Strategy

About the role

The Senior Program Manager, Digital Strategy will act as ADNOC’s enterprise orchestrator, turning the Group’s digital strategy into measurable, high‑impact outcomes across multiple entities. Reporting to the Manager/VP of Group Digital Strategy & Transformation, this role will guide investment decisions, manage trade‑offs and de‑risk execution of complex, cross‑entity digital programs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ADNOC’s enterprise digital strategy into actionable program roadmaps with clear value hypotheses, KPIs/OKRs and cross‑entity dependencies.
• Advise and influence program boards and steering committees on scope, funding, sequencing and risk appetite, providing decision‑grade options backed by quantified benefits and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Integrate and optimize multi‑domain portfolios covering Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Advanced Computing, Connectivity & Industrial Communications, and Applications to eliminate duplication and maximize reuse.
• Lead and coach Program/Project Managers, Product/Value Owners and analysts, while mentoring UAE Nationals and building a succession bench.
• Own program business cases, ensuring alignment of funding tranches with value milestones and maintaining P&L‑relevant benefits realization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in program and portfolio management within large, complex enterprises.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable business value.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent, preferably with exposure to UAE nationals.
