Senior Program Manager

About the role

Core42 is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs that deliver AI‑powered cloud and digital infrastructure solutions. You will coordinate onsite and offshore teams, align senior stakeholders, and ensure business outcomes are achieved throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of high‑complexity programs across onsite and offshore models, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Provide structure, follow‑up and clarity for cross‑functional delivery teams to enable effective execution.
• Connect global and virtual project teams across technology and partner environments to support successful program delivery.
• Support internal and external stakeholders, maintaining focus on agreed business outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning expectations and escalating risks or decisions as needed.
• Prepare clear program updates, governance inputs and decision materials for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10‑12+ years of program management experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end programs.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and conflict‑management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of business financial practices and program financial governance.
