Senior Program Manager - Salesforce

About the role

Horizontal Digital, a digital consultancy in Dubai, is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Salesforce to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients and projects in the EMEA region. The role reports to the Salesforce Practice Leader - EMEA and ensures engagements deliver measurable business value, predictable delivery and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs, keeping delivery aligned with client objectives, timelines and contractual commitments
• Set up program governance, including executive reporting, risk management and delivery health monitoring
• Lead issue resolution and escalation for complex or high-visibility programs
• Own program financial performance: revenue realization, margin protection, budget monitoring and change control
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and delivery health insights to practice leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, identify account growth opportunities and support sales, proposals and delivery planning
• Mentor Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams, and strengthen delivery standards, tools and governance
• Ensure Agile delivery, program governance and quality assurance best practices are followed

Required profile

• 8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a system integrator or consulting environment
• Proven track record leading multi-project Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
• Experience managing program financials, forecasts and commercial outcomes
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Experience supporting RFPs, estimations and delivery planning for new opportunities

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and enterprise program governance
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and enterprise delivery governance frameworks
• Desirable: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe)
