Senior Project Manager – Buildings (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction phase of luxury hospitality building projects. You will act as the single point of contact between the client, consultants and contractors, ensuring project objectives are met from tender through post‑contract delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑contract tender close‑out, award and post‑contract delivery of works packages.
• Coordinate inputs from all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee building services design and execution across engineering, architectural and civil/structural disciplines.
• Apply quality management and risk assessment principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic planning advice for phasing, sequencing and authority approvals.
• Lead tender assessment, negotiation and award of contracts in collaboration with the Project Director.
• Support and lead the project team, resolving issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing luxury hospitality building projects.
