Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise environments in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of security projects spanning infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms while ensuring alignment with organizational security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close cybersecurity projects from inception to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with security objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including security, infrastructure, applications, and operations.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather and define security requirements.
• Oversee implementation and rollout of security solutions across multiple systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, frameworks, and governance standards.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners delivering cybersecurity solutions.
• Track project progress and drive successful deployment and adoption of security controls.
• Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing projects in identity security, application security, or cloud security domains.
• Background in large enterprise, government, or public‑sector environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 preferred).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
• Knowledge of identity security, application security, and cloud security concepts.
• Vendor and partner management experience.
